Requirements
• One weeks rent required as a deposit to reserve the flat for an agreed period of time.
• 4 weeks deposit & 2 weeks rent in advance to be paid in full before entry in cash
• A Minimum 6 month rental period.
• Sorry no children, pets or housing benefit
Reference Criteria
Copies of:
• Work Reference (If self employed, certified accounts will suffice)
• Previous Landlord's References
• Two months of Bank Statements/Pay Slips
• Photocopy of Photo Page and Next of Kin Page of Passport
Guarantors / 2 Months Rent in Advance
A letter of guarantor OR 2 months rent in advance may be required if an applicant is; a student or has less than 3 months employment with their current employer or has recently arrived in Brighton.
